Jorge - About Him
When It All Started
Jorge Pacheco, has been an artist/cartoonist since age 2, but a professional for the past 22 years. Mr.Pacheco has worked on many famous characters, such as Bugs Bunny, Power Puff Girls, Jonny Quest, Space Ghost, Garfield, and has even had his own syndicated comic strip "CEO DAD", as well as illustrated two children's books.
Mr. Pacheco recently completed 3 Tom & Jerry books for Warner Bros./Advanced Publishers, and also 2 Coloring/Activity Books for Playmore Publishers. In addition, he completed 8 cartoons for the USA Network website for the television show PSYCH. He continues to work frequently with DC Comics on such books as Scooby Doo and the Looney Tunes series as well as many other DC Comics titles.
On October 17, 2007, he and his lovely wife Sabine welcomed their first child, Jonas-Jorge "J.J." Walter Pacheco. They make their home in San Diego, California. When he is not drawing, Mr. Pacheco enjoys tennis, ice cream and sleeping!
